Central Bank of Bosnia Cut the Reserve Requirement Ratio to 10%

The Central Bank of Bosnia announced it would reduce the required
reserve ratio on short-term deposits to 10% from 14%, with effect from
the 1st of February 2011. The Bank also noted that the required
reserve rate on term deposits with maturities greater than one year
would remain at 7%. The move is expected to remove KM 300 million of
liquidity.
